- Delivery is to UK mainland addresses
- Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur an additional charge
- We use DX Freight for larger items such as awnings, FedEx and ParcelForce for medium size parcels such as bike racks and Royal Mail Tracked for small parcels
- For orders placed before 11am we will do all we can to despatch the same day but it may be the following day (please feel free to call for confirmation), orders placed after 11am are generally despatched the following day
- Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 8am & 5pm except for Royal Mail as they also deliver on Saturdays
